Grievous acts against the JUOD Movement are any non-joining acts performed by a non-joiner in conscious spite of joining. Usually the acts come in a situation where a clear course of action leading to joining is available, but the non-joiner chooses otherwise. In more extreme cases, the non-joiner will even go so far as to expressly notify joiners of the deed. The opposite of grievous act is a Tremendous Feat of Joining.

The standard repercussion of a grievous act is certain death.
