Mathewson's Spiny Cocoon

Harley P. Mathewson spent his time under Henson's Curse inside a Spiny Cocoon located at the center of the earth. Mathewson describes the interior of the cocoon in Volume XXXII+I/III of the Verities of Joining, more commonly known as I Know a Secret & I Want to Shout It from a Mountain Top, but Since I'm Stuck in a Spiny Coccoon I'll Simply Write About It & Share It with Someone Later.

Fortunately the cocoon was well lit and quite cool. There was a single enchanted stool for sitting in the corner with a pointed dunce hat next to it. If I attempted to sit on the stool while not wearing the hat, the walls of the cocoon inverted and began shrinking. I will say as humiliating as it was to wear that hat so I wouldn't have to sit on the filthly ground (which is reserved for beggars and school children), I had to admire my adversary's sense of humor. Not enough to consider him a joiner by any means, that munchkin lover deserves the death he received for what he did on Candyland day...

Mathewson's adversary is believed to be the infamous puppeteer Jim Henson.
