'''Henson's Curse''' was placed on [[Harley P. Mathewson]] on May 6th, 1990 by muppeteer and infamous [[non-joiner]] [[Jim Henson]]. The curse banished Mathewson to the center of the earth, where he was held prisoner in a single [[spiny cocoon]].  Although Henson's intentions were lethal, the curse could not kill him, because that would mean [[death]].  (Fortunately for Mathewson, and the fabric of the space-time continuum, death is a status ailment to which he is naturally immune.)  The curse was finally lifted during the [[Second JUOD Revival]] after [[The Proposition]] was uttered for the [[7,583]]rd time since his imprisonment. Much to Mathewson's disappointment, upon exiting the cocoon he discovered that he had not transformed into a beautiful butterfly. He then proceeded to kill 153 entomologists.
